Problem Statement
Senior bp resourcing staff over many years spent hours of their time discussing the movement and deployment of people across hundreds of roles and projects globally and documenting resource frames in countless excel spreadsheets. This inefficient and dated way of working meant that time and budget was wasted on resourcing projects across the organisation.

Discovery

Following MVP we continually worked with business stakeholders to got closer to the problems by facilitating a series of stakeholder workshops and running a number of user interviews to established the user needs and pain points and validate business cases.

Ideation

Once requirements and jobs to be done are established we then develop wireframes and flows to bring to life a number of key features that continued to bring value and meet user needs. Fast, iterative design work helped to accelerate thinking and contributed to a collaborative and successful process.

Concept validation

Fast prototyping and usability testing helped us establish some key feedback that we were able to implement in order to create a solution that would truly add real value and benefit to the users.
