Avis Budget Group is one of the world’s leading mobility providers, operating globally recognised brands including Avis, Budget, Zipcar, and Maggiore. In a highly competitive car hire market, delivering a seamless and optimised digital booking experience is critical. Over a three-year period, I worked in-house as Senior UX & Design Manager, leading design efforts to improve the digital journeys across web and app platforms with a focus on continual optimisation, innovation, and customer retention.
